GOOD , BETTER n BEST .....

When we took to the "Wren N Martyn" Grammar book during our Good
Ol school Days , i remember vividly about something called "TENSES"
There we would memorize a line "GOOD-BETTER-BEST" . Readers would be thinking
where am i heading to . Why School Stories all of a sudden ........ It's
because things learnt somewhere in Life lingers along with you , teaches you
simple things , makes you a better person .

Ok, so "GOOD" is what we all are , "BETTER" is what we want to
be , what we thrive for and "BEST" is where you are destined to go . But saying all
these would make little sense if we are unable to understand what are the Things we
are "good" in ?????? When our Parents say that our "Son/Daughter" is Good at Painting ,
Good at Sports , Good at studies , what is this "Good" all about .

Now let me get back to the initial Sentence "GOOD is what we all are" . But does that mean Looking good , staying good ...... No it's the Approach and Outlook one has toward every walk of Life . First things first , the way you communicate with others , and this include people of any caste,creed,genre , the way you greet your Durwan , your maid , your Colleague your parents , your Shopkeeper . I have written "your" before every person , and when it really starts mattering to each one of us , is when we are on the roads of "BETTERMENT" .One more quality can be chalked out in this context , "How Reliable/Dependable you are" . Your Friend might be saying that i have full confidence over Mr.Y .I would like to introduce
"Bharosa" , a hindi word , which goes in the same lines . How dependable you are when you take account of whatever has been assigned to you , how you fulfill it . It can be as varied as responsilibilities to your family , to your GirlFriend relying on you to help her out on your journey together , your Colleague depending on you to bail him/her out during Crisis . It's when you start delivering against all odds is when you are on the path to "BETTERMENT". Doing some social service , donating Blood , relief , your services to the poor and needy brings smile all over . There can be various other deeds , but then it's for all of us to Venture , as the wise men would say "Life itself is a GREAT TEACHER".

God has given each and everyone of us some or the other quality , some may be good at arts , good at singing , good at theatrics , good at Sports , but you are "THE BEST" , when you couple these "QUALITIES" with your "ATTITUDE" . There should not be any chinks in your Armoury , which the others can pin-point . While saying all this , i would re-iterate that nobody is PERFECT , but then , there is the mettle in each one of us to "BE THE BEST" .
This writeup wasn't inspired from any book or any incident . It's just that when you let your mind a little loose and sit back and look back towards the years you spent , you just feel like writing down your Experiences. It took me abt half-n-hr to write all this , because to map words to deeds , does take some taking , but then we all are aiming for it , right ????

Writing all these was just "BLOGGING" , or was it ??????
